The staff at this pharmacy are second to none! Even on their busiest days they are all so friendly and helpful! The lady in line behind me says that she drives across town to come here because they are awesome! I totally agree! Keep up the strong work! We are grateful!

I love West Main Pharmacy!! They are some of the best people around. Caring, kind and compassionate! The pharmacist who works on Saturdays, I don’t know her name, but she is extremely fast and awesome! Plus they have some good shopping while you wait!

Reliable and total life savers! They close at 7 and gave me my inhaler i desperately needed after the doors were locked.. Been goin here for years and never a problem.. Mary A

Fantastic Pharmacy! The staff is professional and genuinely cares about customers. Robin goes above and beyond for me every time I come in! They’re quick, organized, and always willing to answer questions. Great selection of over-the-counter products too. Highly satisfied!

I had (3) RX's to pick up in November. One was a last minute, 911 addition that morning, the other two were planned to be picked up and ready. I live a long ways out, WMP not only filled my order so I could pick up all 3 meds same day, but had it ready early and had excellent customer service. I was impressed.

My wife and I have been using West Main Pharmacy for a few years now and like it so much more than the large grocery store pharmacy we used to use. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They truly care about their customers. We are normally in and out within a very short period of time.

A hidden gem! If you are the least bit dissatisfied with your current pharmacy or do any errands in this part of town, you might consider transferring your prescriptions to West main pharmacy. I wasn't sure at first, because the place is so unassuming, but once you give them a try, I know at least for our family, we are so very happy that we made the change. They have plenty of knowledgeable and friendly staff, they are willing to work with you either if your preference is in person or using apps and online, they are friendly and professional, and well, they get five stars in my book. They are also introducing a new service to work with you & your medical providers to "sync" your prescription refills - won't that be great? For those of us taking multiple medications, no more making multiple visits, they'll work to optimize things - I'm very much looking forward to it. (Side note- the work ethic here is amazing; everyone I've interacted with has been friendly & professional, no cellphones in sight, and staff are always on the move)

This is a wonderful pharmacy. The staff is kind and truly caring toward their patients. I highly recommend them! It’s always such a pleasant experience at West Main Pharmacy. After almost four years, I’m still often impressed by the exceptional level of customer service and genuine care they provide.
